Young The Giant, on tour with Cage the Elephant and supported by Bakar and Vlad Holiday, rocked Minneapolis' Target Center on Monday, August 12th, 2024. Opening with the ballad-esque Jungle Youth from their 5th album, "Home of the Strange," lead singer Sameer began their set with powerful vocals and heavy guitar chords by Jacob Tilley and Eric Cannata. In a dazzling display of lights, fog, and flashes, Young the Giant had the crowd jumping throughout the entire set from their highest played hit on Spotify, Cough Syrup, to the finale with My Body, their first released single in 2010. The crowd's energy exploded when the first few notes of an Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter cover started, getting them to increase to an already exhilarating vibe throughout the arena.
